WAYLAND, MA–R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, today announced that they recently negotiated the sale of a 22,541-square-foot flex building in Haverhill, MA.
Located at 242 Neck Road, the building was acquired by Richardson Green, Inc. R.W. Holmes Vice President Jim Bartholomew represented the seller and procured the buyer.
Built in 1965 and renovated in 1986, the property has 75 surface parking spaces and is 100 percent occupied—the building sold for $3.4 million.
