WAYLAND, MA—R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, today announced that Berkeley Partners has appointed the firm as the exclusive leasing agent for Tosca Drive Industrial Park in Stoughton, MA.
Located on 14.8 acres at 71-312 Tosca Drive, the six-building, 212,000-square-foot park provides tenants with flexible industrial, flex, and R&D space. Spaces between 2,800 SF and 11,000 SF are currently available for lease.
Under new ownership as of 2022, Berkeley Partners is upgrading the infrastructure, façade, parking lot, and white box spaces at the Tosca Drive Industrial Park. Headquartered in Oakland, CA, and founded in 2005, Berkeley Partners is a national real estate investment, property, and leasing management firm.
Managing Director Dean Blackey, Vice President Mike Ogasapian, Director of Corporate Services Elizabeth Holmes, and Associate Michael Fahy will lead the leasing efforts on behalf of Berkeley at Tosca Drive Industrial Park.
