WAYLAND, MA— R.W. Holmes has brokered a 10,437-square-foot office lease for Boston Fusion Company (BFC) at 1 Hartwell Place in Lexington, MA.
The lease marks a strategic move for Boston Fusion, which had been conducting a thorough search for new office space throughout the Central Route 128 submarket.
“We are thrilled to have assisted Boston Fusion in identifying space that best suits their needs for the foreseeable future,” said Mike Ogasapian, SIOR, Senior Vice President at R.W. Holmes. “After a lengthy search, BFC was attracted to 1 Hartwell for its mix of amenities, existing conditions of the space, and an attentive landlord in North River Company.”
Located in a highly desirable section of Greater Boston, 1 Hartwell Place offers modern infrastructure, flexible floor plans, and proximity to key business and innovation hubs. The new lease supports Boston Fusion’s operational growth and long-term strategic planning.
Mike Ogasapian and David Gilkie, both Senior Vice Presidents at R.W. Holmes, represented Boston Fusion in the transaction. The landlord, North River Company, was represented by Tim Latham, James Tambone, and Chris Deveaux of Lincoln Property Company.
