WAYLAND, MA- R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, announced that they recently negotiated a new 6,500-square-foot office lease at 26 Parkridge Road in Haverhill, MA.
Transformations Care Network, a national network of mental healthcare providers, leased 6,500 square feet of office space.
R.W. Holmes Senior Vice President David Gilkie represented the landlord, Parkridge Partners LLC, in the transaction. Grey Gettleman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
R.W. Holmes serves as an exclusive leasing agent for the two-story, 48,000-square-foot office building.

The space will be completely renovated and ready for occupancy late this summer.
