WAYLAND, MA–R.W. Holmes, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, announced that Electric Supply Center has leased an additional 18,634 SF of industrial space at 205 Wildwood Ave, Woburn, bringing the building to full occupancy.

Mike Ogasapian, Vice President at R.W. Holmes, worked on behalf of the property owner, Atlantic Management, marketing additional space before securing an expansion with ESC, who now occupies the entire 135K sq ft building.

“ESC has experienced remarkable success, leading to their decision to expand operations,” said Ogasapian. “We are delighted for them and wish the organization continued success and continued growth.”

This new lease comes on top of three leases negotiated by R. W. Holmes and Mr. Ogasapian last year in Woburn. Grossman Marketing Group leased 6,800 square feet of new office space at 10 State Street. Factorial, Inc. leased 5,781 square feet of office space at 10 State Street, and East Coast Microwave, a national distributor specializing in RF/Microwave connectors, cables, and components, leased 10,000 square feet of flex space at 470 Wildwood Avenue.

“Strategically located at the intersection of Route 128 and 93, Woburn is a highly sought-after area for large industrial users due to its accessibility to both Boston and Southern New Hampshire,” said Mr. Ogasapian. “We at R. W. Holmes are very pleased with helping tenants and landlords alike in this submarket of Greater Boston.”
