BOSTON- Founded in 1976 by Robert Holmes and today led by its President, Garry Holmes, R.W. Holmes is one of the very few locally rooted, independent commercial brokerage firms in Massachusetts. The company is now in its third generation and is celebrating its 45th anniversary this year. Over this time, the company has been a cornerstone of some of the largest deals in Greater Boston.
R.W. Holmes has continued to be recognized as a leading real estate advisory firm, consistently ranking in the top 10 for sales and leasing, completing over 100 leases and sales per year, and is looked to as a thought leader for the commercial real estate industry.
