Boston – CBRE announced that High Purity New England, Inc. leased the entirety of 2 Thurber Boulevard in Smithfield, Rhode Island. The 32,025-square-foot building includes both office and industrial space. High Purity New England’s addition of this second space will allow for growth within the company.
CBRE’s Dan Cregan represented the tenant, High Purity New England, and CBRE’s Alden Anderson represented the landlord, Thurber Properties, LLC, as the exclusive leasing advisor.

2 Thurber Boulevard is part of a multi-building complex known as Smithfield Office Center located immediately off Route 7 (Douglas Pike) at the junction of Interstate 295. The 38-acre, 180,000-square-foot campus is in proximity to Bryant University, prominent corporate neighbors, as well as numerous hotels, eateries, banks and shopping centers.
