BOSTON, MA— Procopio Construction, the construction arm of The Procopio Companies, has announced the completion of The 103, a new 25-unit multifamily residential building located at 103 Cottage Street in Lynn, Massachusetts.
This milestone project, completed in July 2025, is the result of a close collaboration between Procopio Construction and local owners John Barry Jr. and John Barry Sr., both longtime Lynn residents.
