Boston – Target has signed a lease with CBRE/New England to open a small-format store in October 2018 in a 28,893-square foot space at Porter Square Galleria in Cambridge, MA. Galleria is owned by CBRE Global Investors sponsored fund. Additional tenants of the Galleria include Anna’s Taqueria, Sprint, Potbelly and Parrelli Optical.

“We are proud of the reconfiguration of Porter Square Galleria to accommodate a new small-format Target store. This is just the beginning of a revamped Porter Square Galleria, and will further solidify the location as a retail destination,” said Joseph Mancuso, Managing Director, CBRE Global Investors. “Directly adjacent to the Porter Square MBTA station, we have an opportunity to serve a vibrant community and bring on brands that add to this unique retail experience.”
Located at the intersection of Massachusetts and Somerville avenues, Porter Square Galleria is a prime location and a rare opportunity for retailers, serving a densely populated neighborhood in an extremely visible, easily accessible anchor presence.
