Holliston, MA – Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) announced the promotion of Jason Teets to General Manager of the New England branch operations. This promotion reflects PCI’s commitment to expanding its services in the New England region, particularly in the life sciences and semiconductor industries.
Under Jason’s leadership, the division has already achieved notable success and growth since the office’s opening in 2021, completing nearly 40 cleanroom projects and growing the team to 12 with plans to hire more in 2025.
With over 13 years of specialized experience in cleanroom construction and a Bachelor of
Science in Construction Management from Purdue University, Jason brings extensive industry knowledge and proven leadership to his new role. He is a member of the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE) and is active in several other life sciences organizations.
His depth of expertise spans dozens of high-stakes projects in pharmaceutical, biotech, and semiconductor industries, where he has played instrumental roles in designing, constructing, and certifying complex cleanroom environments.
Jason’s project portfolio encompasses some of the industry’s most notable cleanroom constructions. His work includes a 460,000-square-foot semiconductor cleanroom for GLOBALFOUNDRIES in Malta, NY, one of the largest projects of its kind at the time, and
multiple Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) spaces for prominent clients such as Bristol Myers Squibb, Thermo Fisher, Takeda, Moderna and National Resilience in Massachusetts. Each project demonstrates Jason’s skill in managing sophisticated design requirements and strict regulatory standards, ensuring cleanrooms meet the highest quality and safety protocols.
In his new role, Jason will oversee all aspects of the New England branch, from safety and employee performance to client relations, quality of service, and financial outcomes. Serving clients across New England, Jason will continue to guide his team in delivering outstanding client experiences grounded in PCI’s core values: safety, quality, integrity, employee success and well-being, entrepreneurial spirit, customer alignment, and having fun.
“We are thrilled to celebrate Jason’s promotion to General Manager of the New England
Cleanroom Contracting team,” said Christian DeLollo, Regional Manager for PCI’s New York
and New England operations. “His depth of industry knowledge, combined with his commitment to high standards, positions him to make a significant impact on our clients and to further our strategic growth in the region.”
