Patricia Juba of the Peabody Companies Receives RHA Award for Excellence

BRAINTREE, MA– Patricia Juba, senior property manager of Hearth Inc. communities for the Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, recently received the Rental Housing Association (RHA) Award for Excellence in the Regional Manager Category.

Juba, a resident of Taunton, received this recognition at an awards ceremony held October 2 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.

The Regional Property Manager Professional Achievement Award recognizes individuals with demonstrated abilities in achieving financial goals, team-building success, leadership, and employee recruitment and retention success.

Juba, who currently oversees an entire portfolio consisting of 10 affordable housing communities that serves the homeless population as they transition into permanent housing.  She was recognized for her hard work and consistent results in all facets of property management, as well as for her creative leadership with a focus on personally inspiring not only her 12-plus employees, but also her residents, third-party clients, and other stakeholders.  Additionally, she was noted for her passion in assisting in the fight against homelessness in America and, in particular, within the elderly community.
