HOPKINTON, MA– SVN/Parsons Commercial Group announced the sale of 77 Main Street in Hopkinton, a 55,000 square foot office building for $8.6 million.
Victor Galvani represented the seller, Thomson Realty Limited Partnership, and Garrett Quinn represented the buyer, Hopkinton Business Center, LLC.
Located on Route 135 in Hopkinton, MA, 77 Main Street is a fully leased office building built in 2000. The building has a variety of tenants including a dental office, a jewelry store, and a specialized planning and construction company that occupies the entire third floor.
In 2015, SVN/Parsons Commercial Group was hired as the exclusive listing broker for lease. After bringing the property to 100% occupancy, SVN was approached by ownership to begin the process of positioning the asset for sale.
