BOSTON— Capital Properties and Colliers announced over 47,000 SF in new and renewal leases signed at its Park Square building in Boston’s Back Bay.

New tenants include Boston Integrated Health and Sugarman & Sugarman, P.C. Engineering firm HNTB, Hercules Capital, and retailer Vision Source have each expanded their presence and extended their lease terms.

Leasing at the building is led by a Colliers team of Tom Hynes, Kristin Blount, Joe Capuano and Dan Carucci.

Park Square is an eleven-story office and retail space at which ownership is underway to reposition the building, including renovated common areas, an upgraded retail promenade and pre-built office suites ranging up to 8,000 SF.

Just steps away from Newbury Street, Copley Square Plaza and the Prudential Center, the Park Square building sits in one of the most desirable locations in downtown Boston. The building is also conveniently located near Green Line train and Back Bay Station, making it easily accessible for commuters both inside and outside the city.
