CAMBRIDGE, MA– Northstar, a real estate services firm providing project management, development management, and advisory services, announced the promotion of Andy Touchette to Shareholder.
Northstar introduced shareholders to our leadership team in 2019 as part of our growth strategy to continue our trajectory of success in expanding our project management services and providing high-quality services to our clients. Andy joins fellow shareholders Jason Atwood, Daniel Govoni, Lisa Hamilton, Natasha Marcuard, and John Townsend, now principal. Together, the shareholders will work with the leadership team to continue to grow and achieve the firm’s long-term goals.
Andy joined Northstar in 2014 and has over thirteen years of senior-level project management and engineering experience on various capital, tenant improvement, and development projects. His expertise spans all phases of the development process, including planning, permitting, design, construction administration, and closeout. Andy’s portfolio includes multiple recent projects for Harvard University, including capital improvements and renovations for several housing, administrative and academic buildings, a tenant fit-out for new offices at a private equity firm in the Back Bay, and work on behalf of healthcare and life science development clients.

Before joining Northstar, Andy was a civilian engineer for the United States Army, overseeing construction projects at a government-owned installation. He is a member of NAIOP and a building committee member for the new Hingham Public Safety Facility. Andy earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Vermont.
