HOLBROOK, MA–The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International announced the lease of 98,250 SF at 9-11 Mear Road in Holbrook, MA to Northern Container Corporation.
The Stubblebine Company represented the Landlord and Rob Burns with Cushman and Wakefield represented the Tenant.
Chris Michniewicz, David and James Stubblebine of the Stubblebine Company represented the Landlord and Tenant in the transaction.
In a separate transaction, The Stubblebine Company, represented the former and current owners and sold the asset for $5,050,000.
