Newburyport, MA–Nordlund Associates announced that Mersen-USA has signed a new lease to stay in their current facility located at 374 Merrimac Street, Newburyport, MA.
Mersen will be performing numerous interior upgrades to the space and occupy approximately 65,000SF of the 150,000SF waterfront facility.
Anthony Triglione, of Nordlund Associates Inc., represented Mersen in the transaction.
