BEDFORD– Nordblom Company has completed a 43,535-aquare-f0ot lease with The MITRE Corp. at 201 Burlington Road in Bedford, MA. The firm is expanding from its current campus headquarters located across the street from the new location.
201 Burlington Road consists of two connected office buildings totaling 135,000 square feet. Nordblom purchased these two connected office buildings on 9.3 acres of land in 2013. Nordblom implemented a comprehensive program of renovations and innovations including a new metal façade, window system, and HVAC. Design Architect for the project is Spagnolo, Gisness & Associates.
Nordblom Company is a real estate company with a 90-year history of investing, managing and developing properties throughout the New England region and select markets across the country. The company currently owns office, commercial and multi-family properties in the New England and Carolina markets.
The MITRE Corp. is a not-for-profit organization that operates research and development centers sponsored by the federal government.
