The flex/industrial building was 113,000 square feet and it closed on April 29, 2020 and traded for $5,650,000 or $50 per square foot.
In the transaction, Nickerson represented the buyer, Boston BioProducts, a bio-manufacturing company located in Ashland and Rob Harrington of Nexum Group represented the seller.
