BOSTON — Boston Real Estate Times, New England’s most read and watched real estate media outlet, announced today that Michael Keimig, Head of Office & Industrial Real Estate at Wayfair, will headline the upcoming “The Great Office Reinvention: What Actually Works in 2026 and Beyond?” Summit on March 4, 2026.

The morning summit, produced by Boston Real Estate Times, will take place from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Burlington Marriott Hotel in Burlington, MA. The event will convene leading voices shaping the next chapter of office real estate across New England and beyond.

As the office sector navigates a defining period marked by hybrid work, cost pressures, capital discipline, and evolving employee expectations, the summit will focus squarely on practical strategies delivering measurable results — not theory. Discussions will explore how organizations are aligning real estate with business performance, workforce strategy, and long-term portfolio optimization.

“Michael Keimig represents the kind of enterprise real estate leadership that defines this moment,” said Upendra Mishra, Publisher of Boston Real Estate Times and its sister publication Life Sciences Times. “He operates at the intersection of strategy, capital allocation, and workplace transformation. As companies rethink not just space, but risk and long-term exposure, Michael’s perspective will be invaluable.”

At Wayfair, Keimig leads strategy for a global portfolio exceeding 30 million square feet across office, headquarters, and industrial assets. Since joining the company, he has executed complex, high-impact transactions, including Wayfair’s landmark 2025 Boston headquarters consolidation, major global subleases, and industrial restructurings.

A trusted advisor to executive leadership, Keimig’s experience spans capital deployment, lease negotiations, portfolio optimization, and the development of high-performance workplaces aligned with evolving operating models. Prior to Wayfair, he held senior global real estate leadership roles at Rapid7 and Sonos, managing portfolios across North America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.

Keimig will join Suzanne Leblanc, Director of Corporate Real Estate at FM, and Reetika Vijay, Managing Principal of IA’s Boston studio, as part of the summit’s featured programming.

Leblanc is widely regarded as one of New England’s most respected corporate real estate leaders, with decades of experience spanning financial services, global technology, and risk management organizations. Her career includes senior leadership roles at State Street Corporation, Dassault Systèmes, Santander Bank, and Nokia. At FM, she oversees complex real estate portfolios with a focus on strategic alignment, operational performance, and long-term asset optimization.

Vijay brings deep expertise in workplace strategy and human-centered design. As Managing Principal of IA’s Boston studio, she leads teams creating experience-driven environments that enhance utilization, retention, collaboration, and organizational culture.

The March 4 summit will examine critical issues shaping the office market in 2026 and beyond, including:

· The post-hybrid office reality and what employees and tenants truly value

· Design strategies that drive utilization, retention, and ROI

· Tenant experience as a competitive advantage

· Repositioning and reinvestment decisions — upgrade, convert, or reimagine?

· Technology, data, and real-time utilization metrics

· The future of the Boston office market

Boston Real Estate Times’ summits have become must-attend forums for developers, investors, brokers, architects, engineers, lenders, and policymakers seeking actionable insight into New England’s evolving real estate landscape.
