Mass Law Reform Institute Signs 17,560-Square-Foot Lease Renewal & Expansion at 40 Court in Boston

Boston, MA– Lincoln Property Company (LPC) announced that the Mass Law Reform Institute (MLRI) has signed an 11-year lease extension and expansion at 40 Court Street in Boston.

Along with their lease extension, MLRI expands their occupancy to 17,560 SF spanning the entire sixth and seventh floor. The Landlord was represented by LPC Boston’s Senior Vice President, Brendan Miller, and the Tenant represented by Ted Wheatley of JLL.

The boutique Class B building is conveniently located in a transit-oriented neighborhood proximate to Downtown Crossing, Financial District and Boston Common.
