Mariana Vaida Joins DMS Design as Senior Project Manager

BEVERLY, MA– DMS design, llc, an award-winning, full service architecture and interior design firm, announced that Mariana Vaida, LEED AP has joined the firm as a senior project manager.

Mariana brings a wealth of architectural and interior design expertise from over 35 years of experience with project management and construction administration, and is the recipient of numerous design awards. In addition, she is the founder of PV+M LLC, a real estate development and design firm specializing in the renovation of historical homes on Boston’s North Shore.

At DMS design, Mariana will be tasked with enhancing the firm’s project delivery methods to improve production and efficiency. Her extensive portfolio spans the globe, with much of her career focused on high-end multi-family developments, high-rise office towers, and adaptive reuse projects as well as commercial and corporate interior fit-ups. Her proven reputation in profitability and the management of large, complex projects will prove beneficial to her new role at DMS design. Previously, Mariana served as senior project architect/technical director at Gensler, production project manager at Elkus|Manfredi, and architectural project manager at TRO Jung|Brannen.

“I have enjoyed a lengthy career in some of the largest architecture firms, where I honed my design talents and gained vast experience in a broad range of sectors,” said Mariana. “Switching to a smaller firm appeals to my entrepreneurial spirit and allows me to forge deep connections with my clients as we work intimately together through all phases of the design process. I look forward to utilizing my design capabilities to enhance and grow both our junior staff and the firm as a whole.”

Mariana received a professional degree from the Institute of Architecture “Ion Mincu” in Bucharest, Romania. She is a registered architect in Massachusetts and Maine, NCIDQ certified, and has earned LEED AP accreditation. Mariana is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Boston Architectural Society (BSA).
