MIDDLEBOROUGH, Mass. – Marcus & Millichap announced the sale of Everett Street Storage, a 181-unit self-storage property located in Middleborough, Massachusetts.
“Stabilized self-storage facilities are still in very strong demand,” said Nathan Coe, senior managing director of investments and lead agent in the sale. “Even for relatively smaller facilities, we are seeing strong interest from large public and private buyers on down. This sale was a good process with many competitive offers and closed at a strong price given the market conditions.”
Nathan Coe, Gabriel Coe and Brett Hatcher, self-storage leaders at Marcus & Millichap and very active in Boston and throughout New England, marketed the property on behalf of the seller and secured the buyer. Thomas Shihadeh is the firm’s broker of record in Massachusetts.
Everett Street Storage sits on 2.55 acres at 204 Everett St., about 25 miles east of Providence, Rhode Island, and 30 miles south of Boston. Built in 2017, the property includes 21 climate-controlled units, 140 non-climate-controlled units, two offices and 18 parking spaces across 18,710 net rentable square feet.
