CAMBRIDGE, MA – Marcus & Millichap, a commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, has announced the sale of 2-8 Hingham Street, an 8-unit apartment property located in Cambridge, MA.
John Horowitz, regional manager of the firm’s Boston office, said the property was sold for $5,000,000.
Kendin Carr, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a partnership.
