ARLINGTON, Mass. — Majestic Mill Brook, a 50-unit condominium community in Arlington, has officially sold out, highlighting continued demand for new construction housing in Greater Boston’s suburban markets despite ongoing challenges in the real estate sector.

The development, located at 1025 Massachusetts Ave., was completed by The Maggiore Companies and reached full sellout less than two years after construction began in spring 2024. According to project officials, nearly 90% of the residences were under agreement before the community received its certificate of occupancy in late 2025.

The project includes 37 market-rate condominiums and 13 affordable housing units developed under Massachusetts’ Chapter 40B program. In addition to residential space, the property features commercial space occupied by Juno Women’s Wellness Studio.

Developers said the project was designed to expand homeownership opportunities while contributing additional housing inventory to Arlington’s competitive housing market.

Residents have access to a range of amenities, including a fitness center, resident lounge, urban garden, community courtyard, and rooftop deck. The development was also designed with sustainability features and transit accessibility in mind.

“Majestic Mill Brook’s sellout success reflects the continued demand for new construction, especially when location, design, and pricing align with what buyers need,” said Paul Cirignano, broker-owner of The Synergy Group, which served as the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the project. “Even in a more cautious market, quality housing continues to perform.”

The successful completion of Majestic Mill Brook marks a milestone for The Maggiore Companies, as the development served as the first project within the firm’s Majestic Residential portfolio.

According to Matt Maggiore, president of The Maggiore Companies, the project reflects the firm’s broader development philosophy.

“Our goal has always been to bring together density, design quality, and sustainability in a way that feels intentional and contextual,” Maggiore said. “At Majestic Mill Brook, that balance supported both strong community integration and sustained buyer interest throughout the development process.”

Company officials said the project demonstrates continued buyer demand for housing that combines quality construction, sustainability, and neighborhood integration in established suburban communities.

“Majestic, Maggiore’s premier residential brand, embodies excellence, superior quality, and innovative design,” said Paul Maggiore, chief executive officer of The Maggiore Companies. “We are committed to providing the best possible value to our clients and ensuring that the experience of purchasing and residing in one of our developments is both pleasant and fulfilling.”

Following the completion of Majestic Mill Brook, The Maggiore Companies and The Synergy Group are preparing to launch their next residential project, Majestic Elm Brook, in Bedford.

The planned 38-unit condominium development at 277 Main St. is expected to pursue Passive House certification, a rigorous building standard focused on energy efficiency and sustainability. The project is currently in the final planning stages, with construction anticipated to begin later this year and completion projected for late 2027.

The sellout of Majestic Mill Brook comes as many communities across Greater Boston continue to grapple with housing supply constraints, affordability concerns, and sustainability goals. Industry observers say developments that combine new housing production with affordability components and environmentally conscious design continue to attract strong buyer interest in suburban markets.

For The Maggiore Companies, the Arlington project’s completion provides both a successful conclusion and a foundation for future residential developments as the company expands its Majestic Residential portfolio across the region.
