LITTLETON, MA — On Monday, May 5, Lupoli Companies will break ground on a major new development on King Street in Littleton, MA. The project, which spans 50 acres, is expected to become the largest mixed-use development in the region.
Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey will join Sal Lupoli, President and CEO of Lupoli Companies, as well as state and local officials for the groundbreaking ceremony.
The development has been approved for approximately 2 million square feet of space, including more than 1,000 residential units, a 150-room hotel, 115,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and significant office and lab space.
HIPER Global, a computer hardware manufacturer, will establish its new U.S. headquarters at the site, occupying 72,500 square feet.
Officials say the project will also include open space for community use and events.
