EVERETT, MA — Lucas Vieira of Harwich, Massachusetts, and president of Granite World Inc., has been installed as an ARM® (Accredited Residential Manager) by the Institute of Real Estate Management during the IREM Boston Holiday Celebration and Installation Event held at Encore Casino.
The ARM® certification is a nationally recognized credential for early-career residential property managers, signifying core competency and excellence in managing residential properties.
