Longfellow Real Estate Partners Adds Ben Sayles as Managing Director, Northeast

Boston—Longfellow Real Estate Partners announced the addition of Ben Sayles as Managing Director, Northeast. As Managing Director, Mr. Sayles will coordinate with Longfellow’s Partners to set and execute the strategy for the company’s continued growth and presence in the Northeast region with specific focus on the Boston and New York City metro areas.

Mr. Sayles comes to Longfellow from JLL Capital Markets where he served as Managing Director and was responsible for investment advisory transactions focusing on office, life science and land.
Over the past two decades, Ben has built a deep understanding of and track record within office, life science, and land investments in the Boston market. Specifically, he brings a significant knowledge focused on the life science sector, having relationships with key brokers, owners, developers, and tenants in the market.

A native of the Boston area, Ben has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been involved in nearly $20 billion of commercial property transactions. His depth of knowledge in the office, life science, and land investment markets in Boston will be an excellent asset to the Longfellow family. Ben is a graduate of Trinity College in Connecticut and is currently an active member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP Massachusetts.
