Boston, MA— Life Time has officially opened its first downtown Boston location at the Prudential Center, introducing a new standard for urban wellness and social living. The 60,000-square-foot facility marks the brand’s seventh in Massachusetts and brings its signature “athletic country club” concept to the heart of the Back Bay.
The new club combines fitness, recovery, coworking, and social spaces under one roof. Amenities include boutique fitness studios with over 110 weekly classes, state-of-the-art gym equipment, personal training, a co-ed wet suite, red light therapy, a LifeCafe + Bar, a members-only lounge, and more.
Located at 800 Boylston Street, the club is steps from Prudential and Copley MBTA stations and serves residents, commuters, and workers across several Boston neighborhoods.
Memberships start at $349/month, with the club open Monday–Thursday (4 a.m.–11 p.m.), Friday (4 a.m.–10 p.m.), and weekends (6 a.m.–10 p.m.).
