BOSTON — LC Anderson, a commercial HVACR solutions provider serving Greater Boston, has named Tom Roche president, putting an experienced industry executive at the helm as the company expands its services, invests in technology and develops its workforce.
Roche previously served as LC Anderson’s chief operating officer and has been part of the company’s leadership team since joining in 2023. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s continued growth while building on more than 80 years of providing HVACR services to commercial and institutional facilities across the region.
“LC Anderson has a strong foundation built by generations of people who care about doing the job right, taking care of our customers and supporting one another,” Roche said. “I’m excited to build on that foundation as we continue developing our capabilities and creating new opportunities for our people to grow.”
Roche brings more than a decade of commercial HVAC industry and leadership experience to the presidency. Before joining LC Anderson, he spent more than eight years with Limbach, where he served as vice president and branch manager.
Under Roche’s leadership, LC Anderson plans to continue strengthening its core HVACR services while expanding capabilities in building automation and controls, building assessments and retro-commissioning.
The company will also continue leveraging its partnership with FirstCall Group, which provides additional resources, technical expertise and training opportunities to support LC Anderson’s growth.
Roche said the company’s expanding capabilities are aimed at helping customers navigate increasingly complex building systems.
“Our customers rely on LC Anderson to help them understand their buildings, solve complex problems and make informed decisions about their mechanical systems,” he said. “As facilities become more complex, we have an opportunity to bring together service, engineering, controls, assessments and long-term planning to provide even greater value.”
Workforce development will be another priority under Roche’s leadership. The company plans to continue investing in technical training, leadership development and career opportunities as it expands its operations.
“Growth only works when our people grow with it,” Roche said. “We want to create opportunities for people to learn, take on new responsibilities and contribute in different ways as LC Anderson evolves.”
