BOSTON–Lark, a development and management company known for its growing portfolio of boutique hospitality brands, has announced the appointment of Chris Perré as General Counsel and Vice President of Business Affairs.
In his new role, Perré will oversee all legal, governance, and compliance matters across Lark’s expanding national footprint, supporting the company’s continued growth and operational excellence.
Perré brings extensive hospitality and corporate law experience to Lark, where he will lead legal strategy, governance, enterprise risk management, and compliance. Working closely with the executive team, investors, and operational leaders, he will guide the company through complex transactions and cross-border legal challenges while ensuring that its legal infrastructure aligns with business objectives.
Prior to joining Lark, Perré served as General Counsel for Life House, the boutique hotel brand that joined forces with Lark in 2024 through a strategic joint venture. Now as part of Lark Hospitality, Perré oversees legal affairs for all of the company’s brands, including Lark Hotels, Blind Tiger Guest Houses, Bluebird by Lark, AWOL, and Life House.
The appointment is part of a broader series of leadership investments at Lark. In recent months, the company has also announced Daniela Burga as Vice President of Human Resources, Kai Gilsey as Senior Vice President of Operations, and Amber Asher as a new member of Lark’s board of directors.
