DEDHAM, MA- – KS Partners, LLC expanded their presence in the Dedham market with the announcement of the acquisition of 333 Elm Street (Norfolk Place) from Normandy Real Estate Partners.
Located within close proximity to Legacy Place and the Commuter Rail, Norfolk Place is a 48,286 square foot Class B office building which is currently 96% leased to a diverse roster of eleven tenants. The building offers excellent highway access and visibility along Rt 128.
In addition to 333 Elm Street, KS Partners also owns 980-990 Washington Street (180,116 square feet) and 3 Allied Drive (160,910 square feet) for a total of almost 390,000 Square Feet in Dedham. KS Partners Principal Kambiz Shahbazi noted that the proximity to amenities such as Legacy Place and University Station has changed the perception of the Dedham market.
