Kristopher Yetman Joins The Davis Companies as Vice President of Development

BOSTON –The Davis Companies (TDC) announces that Kristopher Yetman has joined the firm as Vice President of Development.

In this newly created role, Yetman will be involved with early-stage pre-development activities such as project originations and acquisitions, underwriting and entitlements, conceptual design and budgeting of a broad range of asset classes of The Davis Companies’ growing ground-up and redevelopment portfolio.

Yetman joins The Davis Companies with more than 15 years of combined experience in real estate development and construction management. He most recently served as Senior Development Director at Benchmark Senior Living in Waltham, MA, a leading developer and operator of senior living communities. At Benchmark, Yetman had responsibilities for project origination as well as oversight and execution of development strategies for new projects throughout the east coast.

Yetman is a United States Marine Corps veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Facilities and Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Buzzards Bay, MA and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College’s F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business in Wellesley, MA. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional and an active member of the Urban Land Institute, participating in its Senior Housing Product Council.
