BURLINGTON, MA – KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has been awarded the Property Management contract for 1111 Marcus Avenue, Lake Success, New York, according to Robert Lemons, Managing Partner of the firm.
Completely renovated and modernized, the 94-acre, 1,400,000 square foot state-of-the-art complex is home to luxury office space, medical facilities, commercial space, and one of the busiest fitness centers in the area.
It was the home of Sperry Gyroscope during WWII, and was the temporary home of the United Nations while the organization’s permanent home was being constructed in Manhattan. Tenants at the complex include Northwell Health, Hain Celestial Group, Inc. and LA Fitness.
