BURLINGTON, MA — KeyPoint Partners has negotiated a lease with Ocean State Job Lot for nearly 42,000 SF of space at Frenchtown Plaza in North Kingstown, Rhode Island. Vice President of Leasing Don Mace negotiated the transaction on behalf of the landlord, according to Robert Lemons, Managing Partner of the firm.
Frenchtown Plaza is a 126,000 square foot shopping center conveniently located just off Route 4, at the intersection of Routes 1 and 402,on Post Road in North Kingstown’s largest retail concentration. Other tenants at the center include Rite Aid and Ace Hardware. Ocean State Job Lot opened in February 2016, and generates substantial daily foot traffic to the center.
Currently there is a 28,481 square foot end cap space, with 120 feet of frontage, available for lease. The space is sub-dividable. KeyPoint Partners is seeking additional anchor interest from fitness, furniture, and/or other compatible users.
