BURLINGTON, MA— KeyPoint Partners, LLC (KPP) has negotiated the sale of a free-standing Walgreens at 61 Union Street in Auburn, Maine. KPP Vice President of Investment Sales Jonathan Aron represented the seller in the transaction.
Built in 1997 as a Rite Aid, this 11,180 square foot, active, established drugstore was recently purchased by Walgreens, who has extended the lease until 2027. The 1.79 acre site is nicely positioned along busy Union Street near Auburn’s central business district, about 35 miles north of Portland.
