CAMBRIDGE, MA–Ketryx, the AI-native compliance platform transforming how life sciences companies bring safe products to market, has secured a 10,222-square-foot sublease at One Main Street in the heart of Cambridge’s Kendall Square.
The new headquarters marks a major milestone for the fast-growing startup following its recent $39 million Series B funding round.
The transaction was brokered by Freudenheim Partners, with Chris Rogers and Ellie Cullinan representing Ketryx. David Townsend of Newmark represented the sublandlord, Mass General Brigham.

The move reflects Ketryx’s ambitions to not only expand its team but also deepen its integration with the local and global life sciences community.

Founded to meet the complex needs of highly regulated sectors like medical devices and pharmaceuticals, Ketryx offers a compliance platform built natively with AI, enabling life sciences teams to release safer products faster. Ketryx is relocating from its previous space at the Cambridge Innovation Center, and now employs around 100 people globally, with approximately 50 based in Cambridge. The new office will support continued hiring in engineering, product, customer success, and regulatory roles.

In addition to housing its growing team, Ketryx plans to leverage the new space to host customers, industry partners, and educational events focused on AI’s role in healthcare and compliance.
