Boston– Colliers Project Leaders USA, a division of Colliers Engineering & Design, announced the hiring of Joseph J. Reilly as Senior Director in the firm’s Boston office.
Mr. Reilly is a proven leader in the construction industry with more than 35 years of diverse experience in construction, project management, operations, and business development serving public and private sector clients.
“With extensive experience providing executive level management and oversight of large- and small-scale development projects, Joe brings a focus on team collaboration and proven project success to Colliers Project Leaders,” shared Joe Naughton, Managing Director, Boston. “We’re excited to welcome Joe to our Boston office and look forward to leveraging his expertise to better serve our clients.”
Mr. Reilly’s experience covers many market sectors, including higher education, K-12, life sciences and research, healthcare, senior living, athletic fields, residential, retail, corporate/commercial, tenant improvements, aviation, cultural, and government projects.
His private sector experience includes work for: American Airlines, American Eagle Airlines, Beacon Companies, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Children’s Hospital, Boston College, Boston College High School, Boston Medical Center, Deaconess Abundant Life Communities, Delta Airlines, Hines Interests, Lawrence General Hospital, Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary, Museum of Fine Arts, Northeastern University, Orthopedic Surgical Associates, Rivier University, Steward Health Care, Suffolk University, Tuscan Brands and YMCA of Greater Boston.
His public sector experience includes work for: University of Massachusetts Building Authority (UMBA), Massachusetts State College Building Authority (MSCBA), and Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) on projects at Bridgewater State University, Town of Lexington, UMass Dartmouth, and UMass Chan Medical School. Other public sector experience includes Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) and the University of New Hampshire. Federal sector experience includes General Services Administration and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Joe is Massachusetts MCPPO Certified, serves as a Big Brother for Family Services of the Merrimack Valley and also volunteered for seven years on the school building committee in the Town of Andover, MA for their new Bancroft Elementary School.
