BOSTON – Transwestern announced that Jeanette Ambrosio Gaede has joined the firm’s capital markets team as vice president, focusing on investment sales, equity placement, structured financing and strategic advisory.
“We have established a strong capital markets service line by fully integrating the team within the firm and working collaboratively with the brokers,” said Chris Skeffington, Transwestern partner and director of the Boston capital markets team. “Jeanette’s debt and equity financing experience and her team-oriented attitude will make her a great asset to our firm and clients.”
Prior to joining the firm, Gaede was an assistant vice president at Colliers International. Focusing primarily on debt and equity financing, she worked on a variety of transactions including office, industrial, multifamily/residential, parking, hotels, mixed use and land. Previously, she held positions in Bain Capital’s co-invest finance group and as an auditor in Deloitte & Touche’s Philadelphia office.
Gaede is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and is the recipient of the organization’s 2016 Networking Award. She also belongs to the Real Estate Finance Association (REFA) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Gaede earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Lehigh University where she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Lacrosse team. She earned her certified public accountant designation in 2012, is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Massachusetts and is an active member and co-founder of the Crossroads for Kids – Emerging Leaders committee.
