BOSTON–Hunneman announced the unveiling of a new look to coincide with the changing and emerging leadership of Stephen M. Prozinski, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and Peter W. Evans, Executive Vice President and Managing Principal.

The company’s evolved fresh look aligns with strategies shaped by its new leadership team. Prozinski is a real estate veteran with more than 25 years of experience in the industry. As CEO, Prozinski is responsible for all operations across all divisions. In addition, Prozinski specifically oversees the company’s property management division.

Peter W. Evans assists in managing the company’s daily operations and its strategic direction and growth. Additionally, Evans directs the Urban Advisory Group. Evans is considered an industry thought leader with decades of experience running major real estate leasing firms.

“Hunneman is fortunate to have two of the very best real estate professionals working together under one roof,” said Hunneman chairman Stuart Pratt. “Their strategic vision combined with their commitment to client service will continue to grow this company’s reputation as a true leader in the New England and global real estate markets.”

Hunneman’s strategic growth includes major investments in technology and people. The firm has rolled out a new streamlined website with a focus on services, history of transactions, current listings, and vision. Hunneman has also recently hired several top young professionals as well as several experienced brokers and managers.

“Hunneman is committed to our clients and our growth in people and the service we provide to our clients is ever changing. Over the past two years, Hunneman has evolved and adapted to the constantly changing Boston real estate market. We are continuously improving Hunneman as the demands of our clients, employees, and competitors shift,” said Prozinski.

“We are firm believers in collaboration and teamwork,” added Evans. “We reward fresh ideas and want our clients to know that they are being represented not by a single broker, but by a team of dedicated professionals working to ensure their continued success.”

The firm has also launched Hunneman Cares, a charitable program that gives back to local communities.

“Culture is a key part of Hunneman and we believe in giving back to the communities where we work in and live,” Prozinski said. “We recently beautified neighborhood parks in Roxbury, and funded educational programs to train students in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other trades, as well as increase support for student internships. We take great pride in partnering with non-profits and other local companies to strengthen the community. We look forward to continuing to grow this program in the future.”

Headquartered in Boston, Hunneman is a leading provider of commercial real estate services to corporations, institutions and the private market.
