BOSTON — Hunneman has expanded its Leasing & Advisory team with the appointment of Jon Pezzoni as senior vice president and principal, adding an experienced commercial real estate broker with deep expertise across Greater Boston’s suburban office, research and development, and industrial markets.
Pezzoni joins Hunneman after serving as senior vice president at Avison Young. Since 2014, he has advised tenants, landlords, and developers throughout the MetroWest and Interstate 495 West and South submarkets, helping clients develop leasing and asset strategies designed to maximize property value.
“Jon has built an outstanding reputation throughout the Metro West market by consistently delivering exceptional results for his clients,” said Steve Prozinski, CEO and COO of Hunneman. “His expertise across office, R&D, and industrial properties, combined with his collaborative approach and deep local relationships, make him an excellent addition to our Leasing & Advisory team. We’re excited to welcome Jon to Hunneman and look forward to the value he’ll bring to both our clients and our firm.”
In his new role, Pezzoni will work with Hunneman’s Leasing & Advisory team, representing tenants, landlords, and property owners across the region’s evolving commercial real estate market.
Beyond his brokerage career, Pezzoni is active in civic and economic development initiatives in MetroWest. He serves as vice chair and secretary of the Marlborough Economic Development Corporation and is a member of the Westborough Planning Board and Zoning Review Committee.
“I’m excited to be joining Hunneman at such a dynamic time for the firm. What drew me here is the mix of a deep local platform and a genuinely hands-on, client-first culture,” said Pezzoni. “It’s a place where relationships come first, which is how I’ve always tried to work. I’m looking forward to helping tenants, landlords, and owners across the Metro West and 495 markets navigate what’s ahead.”
