BOSTON, Mass. — — Hunneman announced it has brokered a 6,982-square-foot sublease at 2 Seaport Lane for Curium Pharma, a global leader in nuclear cancer medicine. The newly secured Class-A space in Boston’s Seaport District will serve as Curium’s new global headquarters, positioning the company in one of the nation’s most dynamic life science ecosystems.
Curium, known for its cutting-edge work in radiopharmaceuticals used to diagnose and treat cancer, will relocate its leadership and international operations team to the newly renovated Seaport office. The move will deepen the company’s connection to Greater Boston’s life science community, which continues to be a global hub for scientific innovation and biotech research.
“The Seaport proved to be an ideal location for Curium’s Global Headquarters, situating the team within one of Greater Boston’s most vibrant biotech submarkets, complemented by exceptional connectivity to Logan Airport,” said Steve James, Executive Vice President at Hunneman. “In a challenging macroeconomic environment, Boston continues to be a magnet for growing life science companies. This year Hunneman has executed several leases for medical and life science companies, underscoring our role in supporting this critical sector of our local economy.”
The Class-A office at 2 Seaport Lane offers sweeping harbor views, a renovated lobby with an indoor winter garden, and an underground parking garage. Onsite dining includes Morton’s Steakhouse. Tenants also benefit from proximity to top Seaport amenities such as the Seaport Hotel Boston, Trader Joe’s, Harpoon Brewery, Tatte, Puttshack, and SoulCycle. The building’s corporate neighbors include Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Foundation Medicine, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, and Eli Lilly and Company.
“Curium is at the forefront of a new revolution in cancer treatment,” said Renaud Dehareng, CEO of Curium. “As we amplify our focus on new product development, setting up our headquarters in Boston allows us to be closer to innovative science and technology, as well as access to important industry resources. Combined with the exceptional talent we attract, this creates an ideal foundation to support our ambition to improve the lives of millions of patients with cancer.”
Owned by Pembroke, 2 Seaport Lane offers convenient access to I-90 and I-93 and is just ten minutes from Logan International Airport. The building is also served by the MBTA Silver Line, Water Taxi service, and nearby South Station.
