METHUEN, MA— Hunneman announced that it has brokered a 70,872-square-foot, multi-year lease for CMC North America at 200 Danton Drive in Methuen, Massachusetts. The property will serve as the new U.S. headquarters for the company, a prominent distributor and service provider of aerial work platforms across North America.
The move consolidates CMC North America’s existing operations in Wilmington and Devens into one larger, strategically located facility. The company will now occupy the entire standalone building in Methuen, boosting its capacity to expand inventory, improve customer service, and support long-term sales growth.
“Thanks to our strong partnership with Hunneman, we were able to secure a lease that matched our vision for a new headquarters with robust industrial functionality and ample space,” said Jeff Poggi, CEO of CMC North America. “This move is a key next step in supporting the company’s growth.”
The building, owned by Starwood Capital Group, includes 49,378 square feet of warehouse space and 20,663 square feet of office space. Situated on nearly 12 acres, the facility features seven loading docks, high ceilings, and expandable parking, offering flexibility for both current operations and future expansion. Its convenient access to I-93 and proximity to the New Hampshire border enhances logistical efficiency.
