The contribution by women leaders at Groom and throughout the industry are invaluable to the future of construction.
National Women in Construction week was incorporated by the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) with the mission of “enhancing the success of women in the construction industry.” This week also provides an occasion for NAWIC’s thousands of members across the country to raise awareness about the opportunities for growth available for women in the industry.
