BOSTON – Perry Brokerag announced that Goody Clancy, an architecture, planning, and preservation firm, recently extended their lease for 23,241 square feet at the Berkeley at 420 Boylston Street in Boston’s Back Bay.
Rich Beal and Jon Gifford of Perry Brokerage represented the landlord A.W. Perry and Chris Cuddy of CBRE/New England represented Goody Clancy in the transaction.
