Situated on Route 9, one of Framingham’s busy shopping districts, 280 Worcester Road provides easy access from major highways, including the Mass Pike, making it a phenomenal destination location.
Leigh Freudenheim negotiated the sale of the building on behalf of the seller, Bosse Framingham Turf LLC, while Cindy Laughrea of Engel & Volkers represented the buyer, William Marsh Holdings LLC.
