BOSTON–R.W. Holmes Realty announced the addition of David Gilkie, SIOR, CCIM, to its brokerage team as a Senior Vice President. Previously, he worked at Boston-based Hunneman Commercial.
With over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Gilkie specializes in the north suburban Boston office and industrial market. David has transacted over 7,500,000 SF of deals with an aggregate value of over 400,000,000.
Mr. Gilkie is a current board member of the New England Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a past President of the New England CCIM Chapter, and serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence. David also holds an MBA from Babson College.
His focus will be primarily within the North Boston industrial, office, and science-oriented market to service both landlords and tenants with corporate real estate leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
In 2019, R.W. Holmes President, Garry Holmes, implemented a new growth strategy for the independent firm to continue to remain one of the top brokerages in Greater Boston. R.W. Holmes has been working to expand both market presence and the executive team.
