North Attleboro, MA– Elite Home Builders (Elite) announces that they have started construction on The Estates at North Attleboro, a luxury single-family home development off of High Street in North Attleboro, MA.

The project, consisting of 46 newly constructed homes, features floor plans designed by HPA Design Inc. As the development breaks ground, 11 homes are already under contract.

Buyers will have the option of selecting from nine (9) unique floor plans ranging from 2,206 to 3,065 square feet. The homes all offer either three or four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a two-car garage, and an open concept floor plan.

Other features standard across all units include hardwood floors, granite counter tops, decorative moldings, textured ceilings, and recessed lighting.

“The Estates at North Attleboro has provided a clear need in the North Attleboro community, with ten homes already under contract,” said Julie Venincasa, Project Manager at Elite Home Builders. “We look forward to providing North Attleboro buyers with luxury homes and quality design and construction.”

The Estates at North Attleboro is conveniently located just minutes from shopping and dining at North Attleboro Center. The development is less than 10 miles from Patriot Place and it’s approximately a 15-minute car ride to Nickerson Walking Woods Preserve, a 48 acre nature preserve.

Elite Builders has managed the pre-construction process throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and will practice social distancing guidelines throughout the development’s construction and sales process. Contractors will have staggered work schedules to limit contact, site walks will be held at a social distance, and finish selections will be made virtually.

The listing agent is Kenneth Farrow of RE/Max Real Estate Center. Currently there are 35 remaining lots and homes available. Pricing for homes at The Estates at North Attleboro ranges from $525,000 to $605,000. The development is on schedule to be completed by 2023, with the first closing expected in November 2020.
