Nashua, NH- Prolman Realty, Inc. announced the sale of One Bon Terrain Drive to EIP Manager Corp.
Mark Prolman of Prolman Realty represented the Buyer. Rich Ruggiero of Newmark Knight represented the Seller, FW Webb Company, in the transaction.
The 400,000-square-foot High Bay Warehouse Distribution Building was built by FW Webb Company and will now be repositioned by EIP Manager Corp. to lease out to one or two tenants.
According the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $24.0 million.
