EagleBridge Capital Arranges $7.3 Million Mortgage Financing for NNN Leased Walgreens

Lowell, MA–EagleBridge Capital has arranged acquisition/permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $7,340,000 for a NNN leased Walgreens pharmacy located in Lowell, Massachusetts.

The financing was arranged by EagleBridge principal, Ted Sidel

The Class A single story free standing building contains 15,000 square feet and is situated on a 1.5 acre site with 61 parking spaces on Middlesex Street in an area of free standing retail buildings, shopping centers, and apartment buildings. National tenants located nearby include Santander Bank, Family Dollar, Advanced Auto Parts, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Jiffy Lube, and the US Postal Service.

Population within a three mile radius is 120,000. The average daily traffic count on Middlesex Street exceeds 22,000 vehicles per day. Lowell General Hospital, a 445 bed hospital serving Lowell and surronding communities, is located two miles from the Walgreens site. The main campus of the University of Lowell, with over 18,000 students, is located within a ten minute drive.
