BEVERLY, Mass.– Family-owned Duffy Insurance Agency has continued its rapid growth with a new office lease at 50 Dunham Ridge, Beverly, MA.
Founded in Lynn in 1996, Duffy Insurance Agency provides tailored insurance solutions for Massachusetts businesses, families, and individuals. Having acquired more than 10 regional agencies in recent years, it now operates locations in nine communities throughout the Merrimack Valley and North Shore.
Cummings Properties senior account manager Justin D’Aveta worked with commercial broker Rich Vincent, of Herrick Lutts Realty Partners, and Marc Duffy and Robin DiDonato, of Duffy Insurance Agency, on the transaction.

Duffy’s new neighbors at Dunham Ridge include fellow business and financial services providers Cross Insurance, MDC Associates, Beacon Benefits, Family Office Management Services, and BlueDoor Private Wealth.
